These terms govern your use of MockMySite (the “Service”), provided by JWM Marketing. By using the Service you agree to them.
The mockup is a free, no-obligation design concept created from publicly available information. It is illustrative only — final layout, copy, photography and exact visual treatment may differ. The mockup is not a finished product, a guarantee of results, or a binding offer of services.
Your business name, logo and brand belong to you and are used only to illustrate the concept. The design concept and any assets we create remain our property until a separate paid agreement transfers them. Stock or AI-generated imagery shown is for visualization only; the final build uses your own or properly licensed assets.
Any website build, pricing and deliverables are covered by a separate written agreement entered into only if you choose to proceed. Nothing here obligates either party to enter into that agreement.
You agree to submit only websites and information you are authorized to share, and not to use the Service unlawfully or to submit others’ sites without permission.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JWM Marketing is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the free Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
